Property Assessment
A combined Property assessment and Tax notice will be mailed to each property owner within the Town of Vulcan during the month of May.
The combined notice will give you information on your assessed value of your home as well as the rate of taxes due. Should you disagree with your assessed value or have questions regarding your assessment, you may wish to contact the Town's Assessor at Benchmark Assessment Consultants Inc. at (403) 381-0535.
