  • How Do I Get my town Provided Utilities Hooked Up?

If you are buying an existing property....there's really nothing that has to be "hooked up". All you need to do is contact the Town Office and provide your possession date and correct billing information.

If you're a renter....you are not the billing customer. In Vulcan, the property owner remains the billing customer and is responsible to ensure that utility bills are paid.

Note: Electricity, gas and communication utilities are provided by the private sector.
